Welcome to FMFIE Creative Club, an independent editorial platform established to publish original ideas, informed perspectives, creative works, research, and intellectual contributions from individuals across diverse disciplines.

Our objective is to create a publication that values originality, intellectual integrity, thoughtful discourse, and creative excellence. We welcome contributions that encourage critical thinking, present new perspectives, share practical knowledge, challenge conventional assumptions, or contribute meaningfully to public understanding.

FMFIE Creative Club accepts submissions from founders, entrepreneurs, business professionals, educators, researchers, engineers, developers, designers, artists, photographers, writers, innovators, students, and subject-matter experts whose work demonstrates originality, relevance, and educational or creative value.

FMFIE Creative Club publishes original content across a broad range of disciplines, including but not limited to:

Editorial Standards

Every submission undergoes an independent editorial assessment before publication.

Our review process evaluates submissions based on factors including originality, factual accuracy where applicable, clarity, structure, relevance, technical quality, ethical considerations, readability, and consistency with FMFIE Creative Club's editorial principles.

Submission of a manuscript or creative work does not constitute acceptance for publication.

FMFIE Creative Club reserves the sole and absolute discretion to accept, decline, defer, request revisions to, edit, or remove any submission without obligation to provide detailed justification.

Editorial modifications may include grammatical corrections, formatting adjustments, typographical corrections, citation standardization, accessibility improvements, and structural refinement. Substantive changes affecting meaning will ordinarily be communicated to the contributor before publication.

 

 

Contributor Eligibility

Contributor membership provides individuals with the opportunity to submit original work for editorial consideration.

As part of our launch, eligible contributors receive one month of complimentary contributor membership.

Following the introductory period, contributor membership is available for ₹299 per month, subject to the applicable membership terms in effect at the time of renewal.

Membership grants access to the submission process and related contributor services. Membership does not guarantee publication, readership, commercial success, editorial endorsement, or promotional placement.

 

Author Representations and Warranties

By submitting any content to FMFIE Creative Club, the contributor represents and warrants that:

• The submission is original or the contributor possesses all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and legal authority to submit and authorize publication.
• The submission does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other proprietary rights.
• The submission does not contain fraudulent, knowingly false, defamatory, unlawful, or misleading information.
• Any third-party material has been appropriately authorized, licensed, or cited where required.
• The contributor accepts full legal responsibility for the submitted material.

 

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, contributors retain ownership of their original intellectual property.

By submitting content for publication, contributors grant FMFIE Creative Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, edit, format, publish, reproduce, archive, distribute, display, and promote the submitted work through FMFIE Creative Club's digital platforms and official communication channels while the content remains published.

The contributor may continue to own and use the work, provided such use does not conflict with any separately executed agreement.

 

Copyright Complaints

FMFIE Creative Club respects intellectual property rights and expects all contributors to do the same.

Any individual or organization asserting that published material infringes their legal rights should submit a written notice containing sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing work, establish ownership, and explain the basis of the claim.

Upon receipt of a credible complaint, FMFIE Creative Club reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to, remove, or otherwise take appropriate editorial action while the matter is reviewed.

FMFIE Creative Club is not responsible for false representations of ownership or authority made by contributors. Legal responsibility for the originality and lawful publication of submitted content remains solely with the contributor.

 

Membership, Renewal and Cancellation

Contributor membership is billed on a monthly recurring basis.

Membership renews on the corresponding calendar date of each subsequent month. Where a corresponding date does not exist, renewal occurs on the final calendar day of that month.

Contributors may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not affect access during the current paid membership period.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has commenced, except where required by applicable law or expressly authorized by FMFIE Creative Club.

 

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are made independently and without influence from contributors, advertisers, sponsors, or third parties.

Publication on FMFIE Creative Club should not be interpreted as endorsement of the contributor's opinions, conclusions, research findings, products, or services.

Views expressed by contributors remain solely those of the respective authors.
