Customized Orders

 

If you are purchasing a customized or made-to-order product, the dispatch timeline begins after customization details are confirmed.

How It Works

1. You place your order.

2. We contact you for the required details (name, photo, message, size preferences, etc.).

3. Once you share the complete information, we send a confirmation.

4. Only after your confirmation, the 7–10 business day processing timeline starts.

5. Your customized product is then created, quality-checked, and dispatched.
